How to Return an Item

Get Return Authorization

We'll send you a return authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions within 24 hours. This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.

Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2 business days), we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's complete.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure items meet these conditions:

  • Within 30 days: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Original condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
  • Original packaging: Items should be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation when possible
  • Tags attached: All original tags, labels, and security tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase: You must have your order confirmation or receipt

Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized products, final sale items, and opened hygiene products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Refund Processing Timeline

Here's what to expect after shipping your return:

  • Transit time: 3-7 business days for your return to reach our warehouse (varies by location)
  • Inspection: 1-2 business days for us to inspect and approve your return
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)

Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.

Restocking fee: We do not charge restocking fees on standard returns.

Exchanges & Size Swaps

Need a different size, color, or model? We've got you covered!

Free exchanges: We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the 30-day return window. If the replacement item costs more, you'll only pay the difference.

Faster delivery: Exchanges are processed faster than refunds! We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return, so you get what you need quickly.

How to request: Simply indicate that you'd like an exchange (instead of a refund) when you contact us, and let us know which item you'd prefer.

Defective items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.
